Catering is our specialty. Just make your selections from the catering menu below or the restaurant menu which follows. If you're not sure of how much you'll need, just give us a call we can help walk you through it.
All pasta dishes may be catered, which means they will be set up in chafing pans to keep them hot for about an hour, sometimes longer. Catering also means we will set up the chafers along with all necessary disposable plates/flatware/napkins that you will need to serve the pasta, and when you're done, we'll come back and pick up our equipment.
A less expensive option is to request a delivery. For a delivery, we bring the all the food to you in disposable aluminum pans. Depending on the size of your order you may request pasta from the restaurant menu or the catering menu which has additional pasta selections. No plates, flatware, or napkins are furnished, there is no set up and we don't have to go back to pick up equipment. This is a good alternative to catering if you will be eating immediately as the food won't stay hot indefinitely.
A third option is similar, but instead of us taking the food to you, you come to us and we have it ready when you come by to pick it up. We can package and price it with or without plates, napkins and flatware - just let us know which you would like. Just tell us you want to order a pick up.

Breakfast Catering
Yes, of course Focaccia does breakfast catering!
Please remember to call or fax in your breakfast catering order at least 24 hours in advance when requesting breakfast catering, unless you want breakfast for lunch! Orders for Saturday, Sunday or Monday require more notice. Continental is offered, depending on the size of your group you may choose one or several items from the list.
Menu prices are per person, and do not include tax or service charge. If you can come and pick up the order yourself, we'll just skip the delivery charge. 12 person minimum order.
Continental Breakfast - Your choice of fruit juice, fruit salad or fruit platter, plus an assortment of fresh baked breads, bagels and muffins.
Hot Breakfast Sandwich - Hot Breakfast Sandwich with your choice of sausage, bacon or ham with scrambled eggs and cheese, plus your choice of a fruit salad, fruit platter or fruit juice.

Hot Pasta Selections
Served in heated chafing dishes, all pasta entrees come with fresh baguette bread, butter and fresh imported parmesan cheese. We strongly recommend lasagna if pasta will not be consumed immediately.

Farfalle Con Prosciutto & Piselli - Bow-tie pasta in a parmesan based cream sauce with lean imported prosciutto ham and green peas. -
Farfalle Alla Bugiarda - Bow-tie pasta in a pink tomato sauce, with sun dried tomatoes, escarole, onions and grilled chicken. -

Pizza and Calzones
For catering we offer a 14 inch pizza which usually feeds about 3 guests. Of course we can cut it into any size you wish, and several pizzas cut into appetizer size portions might work best if you are feeding a large group. Or if you prefer, we can do individual pizzas which are 10 inch. Create your own traditional pizza or choose from our specialty pizzas. If you think they'll still be hungry, add a salad and some dessert!
